Also STOP the three plus interviews! You have the interview, application, resume, and the internet if you should only need the initial interview and a follow-up. Companies need to stop acting like they’re some high level, exclusive, over the top place. Also have the courtesy to contact those who apply, even by email, to let them know that you are moving on with another applicant. Unfortunately professionalism seems to only apply to the applicants

Baby I went to an interview and in the waiting room and they had a damn picture of trump on the wall 😅 I went to the receptionist and said “I’m sorry this isn’t right for me, tell them I’m not interested” and walked right on out 😂
