My mom uses a local credit union. She seems to have had more luck business wise with a credit union than a bigger chain bank. I would make a trip at home tho to do it and not local to where you are now. But

It’s super easy I have helped several set up LLC for this type of business go to Secretary of State for OK for LLC formation

Local credit unions seem to be the best, LLC can all be done online. Legal zoom is good for advice ie hold off on the accountant until you know what ur profit margins will be and how long u will be making the money. Set aside taxes tho to be safe and make sure u use ur disclaimer multiple times that use acknowledge box’s for research purposes etc. good luck!!! I would love to do this but seems so tedious and stressful.

I an in Ohio. You need to talk w an accountant on if an llc or S corp is better. There are a lot of tax options for you. A credit card with points for your purchases is usually a great option in your business name and then pay it with your business account.

My personal opinion: find a CPA/attorney that can set up your LLC, your tax returns and can advise future financial moves. Bank, I would use a local Credit Union
