@lucy: im going to hold your hand when i say this especially considering the fact that this is going to hurt, but drink a large amount of water everyday. when i got mine out i was severely dehydrated and it made it so much worse… my mom also got me ice cream and a giant pack of the GOOD pebble ice from sonic. blue gatorade helps too!!!
