@notimefoodie: World Cup hotdog ideas for the weekend 🔥Thank me later…🤤 Save this recipe for later 🧡 🛒 Ingridients (4 hotdogs) 🌭 4 hotdog buns 🥩 1 sirloin steak 🧅 1 onion 🧀 5 cheese singles 🥛 1/4 cup single cream 🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika 🧄 1 tsp garlic granules 🧈 Butter 🧂 Salt ⚫ Black pepper 🌿 Spring onion 🥫 Any favourite sauces 📝 Steps 1️⃣ Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown and caramelised 2️⃣ While the onions are cooking, make the cheese sauce by adding the cheese singles, cream, salt and pepper to a saucepan and stirring over low heat until smooth and silky 3️⃣ Remove the onions from the pan and set aside 4️⃣ If preferred, warm the hotdog buns in the oven for a few minutes 5️⃣ Melt a little more butter in the same pan and fry the steak strips over high heat for a couple of minutes on each side 6️⃣ Season the steak with smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
