I have a question, how to safely take out the cd from the center of the digipak cause I just got the new evanescence album (the deluxe version with the bluray disc.) and the cd happens to be in the center and taking it out is really hard, how do you deal with stuff like that?

ive always hold the cd with 2 fingers, thumb and pointy finger for over 20 years. I have many cds like over 100 and they still working.
