I don't have a problem with these older buildings. The issue that I have is, many come with mice, bug infestation, hot water issues and bad management staff. If I could get this but in a very clean and well kept building around etobicoke or hurontario, id be fine with it.

this is lovely. Older apartments have such space compared to the shoe boxes theyre building today.

The hate for parquet flooring is so pedestrian. The layout is beautiful. Sure, no ensuite laundry but in this current housing market $1900 for two bed, above ground is unheard of. It even has modern kitchen appliances. My only question would be utilities and parking.
