This is great as a new oral option but not only will I assume this be more expensive but the stewardship is a problem. I don’t think there should be another reason for prescribers to overprescribe widespread coverage when not needed

I work in home infusion so we do see some patients with complicated UTIs. and damn. being able to not need infusion therapy would be HUGE!
