I’m down 30lbs while eating meal like this low calorie high protein Mac and Cheese! This is a great meal prep recipe. I divided it 4 ways but can easily be 5-6 as well. This was inspired by @Cookwithquise and some other methods I’ve learned from people like @Tini👩🏼‍🍳🔥  Ingredients: 12oz of Protien pasta 12 light laughing cow wedges 360g or 1.5cups of fat free Fairlife milk 1/2 tsp of paprika, Garlic powder, salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper mixed together for seasoning blend 12 Velveeta cheese slices  84g fat free cheddar cheese kraft 28g fat free mozzarella kraft Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F and Cook your protien pasta. I cook to just under al dente. Put skim milk and light laughing cow wedges into a bullet type blender and blend until smooth.  Combine seasonings to make your blend. Drain pasta, and save some pasta water just in case your Mac looks dry at the end (mine didn’t need it).  I mixed up my way here in the video but this is the best way to do the next steps: spray a little light olive oil in pot you used for pasta. Add half of your seasoning blend to bloom for 30-60 seconds on low heat. Add in your whole cream mix. Add in 6 of your cheese slices and mix well. Add in protein pasta and fold together. Add 6 more cheese slices and gentle combine. Put Mac and cheese in a lightly sprayed oven safe dish. Top with RINSED fat free cheeses. Cover with foil and cook 25 min at 350°. Then cook 10-15 more min uncovered. I wouldn’t broil the fat free cheese, even though it’s tempting. I divide it 4 ways and serve! Macros: Calories: ~585 kcal Protein: ~47g Carbs: ~82g Fat: ~11g
