Creamy Roasted Salmon & Asparagus Pasta Ingredients: * 1/2 pack of Pasta * Salmon & Asparagus * 1 pint Cherry tomatoes * 1 block Cream cheese * 2-3 Garlic cloves * Lemon juice, Oil, Salt & Black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the pasta. 2. Mix tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic, and oil at the bottom of the air fryer basket. Place the rack on top. 3. Place salmon and asparagus on the rack. Drizzle with lemon juice, oil and season everything with salt and pepper. 4. Select ROAST mode and cook at 375F for 13-15 mins. 5. Remove the rack. Mash the tomatoes and cream cheese together, then toss in the pasta. Plate the pasta and top with the salmon and asparagus. Enjoy!
