We are the generation that will live longest with the consequences of today's choices, which means we have to be the ones pushing hardest to influence them. Being a changemaker isn't optional, it's our obligation. But here's the reality: too many of those doors are locked before we even find them. Opportunities that could launch careers, build networks, and amplify young voices are constantly gatekept from the people who need them most. I've had the privilege of mentors and allies who placed opportunities in my path that I never would have discovered alone. I've walked through doors that countless young people never get the chance to approach, and that kind of access carries weight. It carries responsibility.
