@liliakazakova: being a skate baddie means getting humbled a lot 😇🛼❤️‍🩹 it doesn’t matter how long you’ve been skating, part of the sport is forever getting humbled by the ground 🙃 i will say that most of these falls look way worse than they actually felt. a very important part of learning how to skate is learning how to fall safely & protect your body from severe injuries. stay safe out there, and if you are a beginner, always wear protective gear 🥰

If I'm skating outside, I'm wearing protective gear no matter my skill level. Head injuries are not worth it and no matter how much you practice, anything can happen. No one is skilled enough to avoid injury.
