Matzah Pizza 🍕🇮🇱 w/ @BLP KOSHER • 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour • ½ tsp (3g) salt • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil or neutral oil • ½ cup (120ml) water, room temperature • Extra flour for rolling For the Topping: • ½ cup (120ml) tomato sauce • 1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced Recipe: 1. In a bowl, combine flour and salt, then add oil and slowly add water while mixing until a shaggy dough forms. 2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth, then cover and rest for 10 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into 4 small balls, then roll each ball out as thin as possible (paper thin, almost see-through) on a floured surface. 4. Prick the rolled dough all over with a fork to prevent bubbling. 5. Transfer each matzah to a baking sheet or pizza stone, then spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the surface. 6. Top generously with shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese. 7. Set your oven broiler to high and let it heat up until super hot. 8.
