@daddiedelioncourt: I made pineapple hibiscus jam today. This is my first time making it in not only was it easy but it’s delicious. I didn’t add as much sugar as most jam recipes because the pectin naturally occurring in hibiscus made this jam up nicely. It’s not finished chilling, so I was only able to enjoy a little piece of it but when it fully chills, I’m going to have a whole bite
