Love your videos! I literally talk to everyone my kids always roll their eyes! It’s so important. Once in lockdown an older lady was asking me questions outside a shop and we ended up speaking for 2 hours… she hadn’t spoken to another person for months & was so lonely & it was just so nice to talk to her & now I just talk to everyone 🥰🥰❤️❤️

hi Jess 63 year old introvert male here , love your videos. Always struggled with these situations but I have a 4 year old granddaughter who absolutely shows me the way. We were in Asda last night, she just danced in the middle of the shop without a care while waiting for me browsing the sale rail ( for her not me ! ) 2 ladies in the money kiosk were loving it so we went to chat to them. She told them we're going to the pub now ! grandad has a beer n I play in the sandpit. xx
