Designer here! Paneling is cute but I highly encourage committing to it for all walls. Accent walls make the room look disconnected. For side tables, i think looking for something a bit more “found” like the bench. Going darker is ok but the ones you sourced feel too dark. Look for medium depth & neutral undertoned wood :) for sconces maybe something with a linen shade or even a patterned shade! I think striped bedding would bring it all together !

I got these nightstands from cb2 (the fluted whitewashed wood nightstand) about 5 years ago and they are still the best furniture I’ve invested in. I’m so obsessed with them and they’d look so good in your space!
