@oneymezg: In Jujutsu Kaisen, speed is one of the most important aspects of combat. A fighter’s speed is not just about moving quickly—it involves reaction time, perception, movement, and the ability to act before an opponent can respond. The series shows that even the strongest techniques can fail if the user cannot apply them fast enough. Speed in the jujutsu world often comes from a combination of physical ability and cursed energy control. Sorcerers can reinforce their bodies with cursed energy, increasing their strength, durability, and movement. However, true speed comes from mastery—knowing when to move, how to position yourself, and how to read an opponent. Satoru Gojo is one of the clearest examples of speed combined with skill. His movement is not only based on physical ability but also his understanding of space. With the Limitless technique, Gojo can manipulate distance and move in ways that appear impossible. His reaction speed is enhanced by the Six Eyes, allowing him to process information at an extraordinary level. Ryomen Sukuna represents another type of speed. His greatest advantage is his combat instinct and experience. Sukuna can analyze an opponent’s movements quickly and respond with incredible precision. His speed is dangerous because it is combined with his ability to predict and punish mistakes. Physical speed is especially important for characters who rely on close combat. Yuji Itadori is naturally gifted with exceptional physical ability even before learning jujutsu. His speed, reflexes, and strength allow him to fight opponents who possess more advanced techniques. As he improves his cursed energy control, his physical talent becomes even more effective. Maki Zenin and Toji Fushiguro represent speed without relying on cursed energy. Through Heavenly Restriction, their bodies reach levels beyond normal human limits. Their movement, senses, and reactions allow them to challenge sorcerers who rely on supernatural techniques. Speed is also connected to intelligence. A fast fighter who cannot think under pressure can still lose, while someone who understands timing can defeat a faster opponent. Battles in Jujutsu Kaisen often depend on who can recognize patterns and make decisions first. Another important factor is reaction speed. Many techniques require immediate responses, especially against opponents with overwhelming attacks. A sorcerer’s ability to notice danger and react instantly can determine whether they survive. Ultimately, speed in Jujutsu Kaisen is not simply about being the fastest person in the room. It represents awareness, skill, and control. The fastest fighters are dangerous because they combine movement with intelligence, turning every opening into an advantage. In a world where a single moment can decide a battle, speed becomes one of the greatest forms of power. #jjk #jujutsukaisen #gojo #sukuna #naoya

MBA kashimos punches on Meguna are definitely a reaction blitz since it’s clear he could perceive them but he’s just too slow to move since he’s heavily weakened. The singular punch kashimo attempts in base isn’t any form of blitz

A tempo change is a vague category on its own, a character can tempo change in all these categories of speed, they’re can be a tempo change perception bliz,

The only mystery here is the reaction blitz for Kashimo, I’d like to say it’s a tempo change simply because in that same exact panel you showed it says “8 seconds left during the round” which factually makes hakari faster as his jackpot is about to end and that may have caught Kashimo off guard meaning it’s a tempo change. However it’s also possible Kashimo knew about it due to the domains sure hit and just simply struggled to defend against the huge speed boost

So what would you call meguna getting behind Gojo during second domain. Cause that Gojo had 0 reaction to it until after it happened.
