Easy creamy beef lasagna 👩🏻‍🍳🤍Ingredients Meat Sauce: 1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp olive oil 1 red onion, diced 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1 medium tomato, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tbsp paprika 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder Salt and pepper, to taste 15 oz tomato sauce 1/2 cup water, or 3/4 cup if using regular lasagna sheets  Handful of fresh parsley, chopped Optional: fresh thyme and rosemary White Sauce: 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp black pepper Salt, to taste 2 cups milk Additional: Oven-ready lasagna sheets 2 cups cheddar cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese Instructions: -In a pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. -In the same pan, add the diced onion and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant. Add the bell peppers and tomato, then cover and cook for a few minutes until softened. -Add the ground beef back into the pan and mix everything together.
