I always show up 10 mins early. sometimes my hair dresser is still finishing with another client, and sometimes it goes into my time but im not going to throw a fit for that. I jist let him finish, then its my turn. I never get over charged and he respects that I am patient and always gives the best cut

so she said she did a lot of research to find a good place but didn’t look up the drive beforehand and didn’t know that the salon was at a mall, the stylist still tried to accommodate her and offered her other appointment times that week, didn’t recieve a service and left a one star review, and still expected people to be on her side
