This is where most people make a mistake and break no contact too early. 🌸 Week 2 Curiosity. They’re starting to notice the silence. They’re wondering why you haven’t reached out, what you’re doing, and whether you’ve moved on. 🌸 Weeks 3-4 The cracks start showing. They’re replaying old memories, checking your social media, and wondering if they made the right decision. They probably won’t admit it though. 🌸 1-2 Months This is where many avoidants finally crack. The reality of losing you starts to sink in. The comfort of having you there is gone, and suddenly they’re wondering if they made a mistake. 🌸 Want to make them crack faster? Do the bowcat method before bed. It’s one of the biggest manifestation hacks when it comes to no-contact situations because whatever you’re feeling gets mirrored back. If you’re desperately missing them, they’ll start desperately missing you. If you’re sad about losing them, they’ll become even more sad about losing you. If you’re constantly thinking about them, they’ll start thinking about you. A lot of people start noticing signs, dreams, and contact surprisingly fast after doing this consistently.
