@drhidef: Two Things I Wish Every Patient Would Do During Recovery ✨ ✅ Wear your compression garments. I can't tell you how often I see patients get incredible results simply because they stayed consistent with their compression. The patients who wear their garments—and in some cases their corsets—for several months after surgery often heal smoother, thinner, and with better contouring overall. It truly makes a difference. ✅ Maintain your weight after surgery. This can be harder than people think. Between recovery restrictions and not being able to get back to the gym right away, weight gain can happen. That's why maintaining healthy habits after surgery is so important. For some patients, working with their physician on GLP medications can be a helpful tool to maintain their results and even reduce intra-abdominal fat—the type of fat that liposuction can't remove. Surgery is only part of the journey. The best results happen when great surgery is paired with great recovery. 🙌🔥
Already ahead of you with the glp1 my fine fine good sir 🥰

Would you say binder and faja 24/7 or can the binder not be as consistent? Like what if I just wore the binder under the faja more like 16 hrs a day so I don’t have to wear it at work? But still wear the faja? I want the best results but the binder foam really puts a damper on clothes.

I am lucky to say I have a fast metabolism 🤗😍 but I will still be careful to eat a lot of things staying away from salt before and after at least 2 months before my surgery I am lowering my salt intake

How long should patients with hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome wear compression garments for? I read they should wear them longer than the general population.
