Wholehearted Living :
Lol at my former workplace I said EVERYTHING because I have high standards and expectations. Plus most people kept complaining forever and were passive aggressive. Nothing changed that much and I made things awkward because I even talked to some coworkers one on one about their toxic behaviors affecting me and the team. Management knew and just sucked from being too privileged. At my new workplace my new manager and supervisor take accountability and even help us because they started from the bottom 💝 It feels nice when management doesn't leave you drowning!! Yes it really hurts when people don't look at their own flaws and improve themselves/when it affects you deeply.
