If you report the harassment and bullying and nothing happens to correct the situation, you can sue. You are supposed to be protected by the company while at work. Document as much as you can and move forward.

that's exactly why i just left a job, you could tell that she was trying to break me and she did it worse to me because i was autistic (she admitted it). Im just glad im not there anymore

My workbully just got an even better contract and my manager told me to "not be so sure" if my contract would be renewed 😀 (I can get another job easily in my country, that's not the problem. The problem is managers sticking up for bullies)
