I would use products that contain zinc such as Paradontax brand or smart mouth. Brushing at least twice a day, flossing daily and cleaning your tongue as well as seeing a hygienist to remove any tartar build up is also important! Sometimes bad breath is caused by dry mouth, tonsil stones, sinus issues, etc, so treating the exact cause is important 🥰
