Many people quote:
“Judge not, that you be not judged.” (Matthew 7:1)
and conclude that Christians should never judge anything.
But a few verses later Jesus says:
“First take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
Notice He doesn’t say ignore the speck. He says deal with your own blindness first so that you can help your brother rightly.
And then Paul says things that are impossible without judgment:
“Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?” (1 Corinthians 6:2)
and
“Do you not know that we are to judge angels?” (1 Corinthians 6:3)
Paul also tells believers to exercise judgment within the church regarding doctrine and conduct.
So the biblical command is not:
“Never judge.”
It’s closer to:
“Judge righteously, humbly, and consistently.”

Spreading the gospel (or the "good news") is the Christian calling to share the message of Jesus Christ's life, death, and resurrection. It involves communicating how this message offers forgiveness, hope, and eternal life. It’s a core tenet of the faith meant for all believers, not just pastors or missionaries

The Bible does not forbid all judgment, but distinguishes between hypocritical condemnation and wise discernment. God commands believers to make evaluations, but cautions that this must be done with "righteous judgment"—rooted in humility, truth, and grace, rather than self-righteousness

The Bible says to judge righteously, not to not judge. To judge without hypocrisy.
