Im a psychotherapist un the UK for thr national heslth service (NHS), it is absolutely regulated by the BPS and BABCP. what isnt regulated is counselling which some put in the same camp as psychotherapy- which it isnt

They can nowadays thanks to the power of TikTok that people believed to be real when it is virtual reality a world that you’ve created not the one you standing I started noticing a lot from people if you don’t learn from your mistakes you’re damned to repeat them breaking a cycle it’s never easy if it was well you wouldn’t repeat it.
