The healthiest thing sometimes is admitting your hair has had enough 😭 I love seeing people choose long term hair health over a temporary look. I used to do the same thing with beauty trends while feeling bloated, exhausted and disconnected from my body. Then I came across Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by loren green through a recommendation thread. Best decision honestly. Lost 30 lbs, felt lighter after meals and had more energy than I'd had in years. Feels like one of those books everyone ends up recommending once they find it.

Neutralizing shampoo usually helps unless they really damaged it. The first wash usually doesn't get all the products out.
