@hopecrosby_eatss: Bbq fajita steak burrito bowls Ingredients: 2 sirloin steaks 1/2 satchet bbq fajita seasoning 1 onion 1 pepper 1 tin @greengiant sweetcorn Handful of cheesy @doritosuk 2 tsp hot honey 4 tbsp Mexican rice 2 tbsp guacamole 2 tbsp soured cream 8 tomatoes & 1/4 red onion - drizzle in olive oil and season 25g reduced cheddar Method: - Add the onion and pepper to an oiled pan and leave to caramelise for 10 minutes. - Season the steak with 3/4 of the seasoning then add to an oiled pan and cook to your preference. Mine was medium rare. Leave aside to reset once cooked. - Add the remaining seasoning into the onion and peoper, then remove from the pan and add in the sweetcorn. Cook this for a couple of minutes on a high heat for a few minutes to become charred ever so slightly. - Prepare your salsa, guacamole and rice. - Slice the steak when done and layer up the burrito bowl, top with the guacamole, soured cream, salsa and a drizzle of hot honey finish with fresh parsley & some Doritos! #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #mealideas #mealinspo
