Curious, what do you do to preserve your hearing? For instance, I wear over the ears headphones 🎧 when at the gym. I tend to have the volume all the way up so I can hear the music to my comfort level. Any person with good hearing would probably have the sound level half way or lower. Do you think having the sound way up would cause me to lose even more hearing even though it’s not loud enough to create a head ache for me?

I’m 33 and use hearing aids in both ears. I have a love hate relationship with them but I definitely love the Bluetooth feature!
