@lovenav.content: I’ve always envioned turning Gilligan’s Garden to Gilligan’s Kitchen into a private dining experience when I retired 😅🥹 In my head I wanted to live out this dream when I bought myself a juicy piece of land further out from the city with a stunning farmhouse and a huge orchard attached to it 🥰 But there is nothing stopping me from starting now (on a smaller scale) in the OG location! Sooooooo I was just thinking this year... I could maybe potentially PER CHANCE open up a spot for two here in Gilligan’s Garden. Where I invite a couple to be wined and dined, personal chef by ME - garden to kitchen style 🫶🏽 And if I was to do this... I’d start with this spring snowpea salad🫛 I made this last year in the middle of the garden and my family stood around the table and inhaled it. We didn’t even bother to sit down. From the garden: snowpea (the main character), Tahitian limes, chives, dill, parsley, and red chillies. Grilled halloumi, cucumbers and feta 🌿 Dressed in a lemon + olive oil vinaigrette with hot honey and chilli flakes. Lots of lemon juice, sea salt & cracked black pepper 🍋🌶️ Sound yummy???
