@samanthaleahmusic: ⟡ What part of your femininity — your sensitivity, your desire, your emotion, your body — once felt like a liability in your work? ⟡ I could have answered this question in a million different ways, but this is just what came up in the moment! What I’ve learned is that you can be kind-hearted and open with people while still maintaining boundaries and encompassing a bold energy that lets people know not to fuck with you. Lol I wanted to say that but I tried to tame myself JUST A LITTLE to keep it family-friendly. 😉 you can take the gal out of the east coast but you can’t take the east coast out of the gal. 🤪 ⟡ Thank you for bringing me on as a panelist, Enchanted Collective team (high vibe event productions & soon to be a record label) 🩶 ⟡ Enchanted Collective events run by my girls @The Friz & @TheSASRevolution

Nepal is this 🏔️🐘📿👇🏻 Nepal is not just mountains and trekking, but it’s much more. Here is the perfect itinerary to discover Nepal in the right way: 📿 Day 1-3 Kathmandu: After arriving to Nepal’s capital, spend a few days exploring the city’s spiritual and cultural highlights. Visit Boudha Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and the Monkey Temple. Wander through the historic streets of Bhaktapur or Patan, and enjoy local food and lively markets in Thamel. It’s important to spend couple of days in Kathmandu also to prepare your trekking permits with the company you will be trekking with. 🏔️ Day 4 - 17 Manaslu Trek. Take a bus or a jeep from Kathmandu to Machhakhola or Jagat depending on your starting point. This is scenic and remote trek circling the world’s 8th highest peak. Pass through lush valleys, traditional villages, and Tibetan-influenced communities. I recommend to add some side trips to your Manaslu trek depending on how many days do you have available. My absolute favorites were Serang Monastery and Pungyen Gumpa. The trek reaches its highest point at Larkya La Pass (5,106m), which could cause altitude sickness, so you will need to follow the advice of your guide and bring some medicine with you in case something happens. For this trip I chose a local company @nepalmotherhousetrek which I highly recommend. 🐘 Day 18 -21 Chitwan National Park: After completing the trek, it’s time to head south to Chitwan for a jungle escape. The best way to get there is by bus. Here you can enjoy jeep safaris, canoe rides, and chances to spot rhinos, crocodiles, and possibly tigers. I will recommend to stay at @tiger_tops for a very private and authentic experience. You should spend at least 3 days to be able to enjoy most of the activities that this incredible place has to offer. After that you can either take a flight or bus back to Kathmandu to end your trip. .
