My mais con yelo obsessed self is very happy 🥹 Ingredients For Corn Custard 2 cans Jolly whole corn kernel (390g drained) 400g fresh milk 80g white sugar 40g cornstarch 6 pcs egg yolk  1 cup corn syrup  ¼ cup unsalted butter 1½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract  yellow food color (Optional) For Milky Ice Base 1½ cup fresh milk ¼ cup condensed milk For Brown Butter Charred Corn 4 tbsp unsalted butter  1 can Jolly whole corn kernel (390g drained) 2 tbsp honey Procedure 1. In a freezer safe container, combine together fresh milk and condensed milk. Freeze overnight or until completely solid. 2. In a blender, combine 2 cans of Jolly whole corn kernels and fresh milk, Blend it set aside. 3. In a pan whisk together blended corn milk mixture, egg yolk, cornstarch and suga, liquid from the canned corn, salt, butter and vanilla extract. Optionally, you can add food color. Cook over medium low heat until the mixture is fully thickened and smooth. Transfer to a bowl and cover the surface directly with plastic wrap prevent a skin from forming. Set aside  to cool down. 4. In a pan on medium high heat, cook butter until browned. Turn heat to high, then add drained jolly whole corn kernels. Avoid stirring too much to achieve browning of corn.  5. Take custard out of the fridge and whisk until smooth again. Add more fresh milk if needed to make it pourable.  6. Remove the frozen milk block from the freezer and shave with a grater or an ice shaver. Pour corn custard on top the shaved ice. Top with charred corn.
