@roadtoaesthetics: F*CK or SUCK Protein Roll Would make again! 👨🍳 Ingredients, 1 whole roll ✅ Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 250g, 8.8oz ✅ Eggs, 2 large ✅ Cornstarch, 20g, 0.7oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Powder, 30g, 1oz Filling ✅ Light Mascarpone (or Light Cream Cheese), 50g, 1.8oz ✅ Vanilla Protein Yoghurt (YoPRO or similar), 250g, 8.8oz ✅ Fresh Strawberries or raspberries, 300g, 10.6oz ✅ Sweetener of Choice, to taste 👉 Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). 2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, cornstarch and protein powder to a blender. 3. Blend until completely smooth. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture into a rectangle shape. 5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden and set. 6. Allow the base to cool slightly. 7. Mix the protein yoghurt, mascarpone (or light cream cheese), sweetener and chopped strawberries together. 8. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled base. 9. Add a few extra sliced strawberries if desired. 10. Carefully roll into a log. 11. So, i remade this. It does super f*ck. However, the ingredients are really different. In Germany where I am, if you do not want to break the bank, it will turn out to be 1050kcal for 105g protein. It is still a bomb, and now i am including this into my diet. However i will split the roll into two portions and i get around 530kcal with 52g of protein. Which is not bad at all, and tastes absolutely incredible. Definitely recommended 💪
