@fight_with_veya: Early this morning, Veya needed both epinephrine and norepinephrine for blood pressure support. She remained on them from about 5 AM until 3 PM, and because she was requiring two pressors at the same time, her feeds were paused until around noon out of caution. The timing makes it very tempting to blame yesterday's hydrocortisone wean. Her dose was decreased from 4 mg to 3 mg, and not long after, her blood pressures became more challenging. The team agrees that could certainly be contributing, but for now they are choosing not to increase the dose again. Instead, they want to give her body some time to adjust and see whether she settles out on her own before making another change. Thankfully, despite needing the extra support, several things still looked reassuring today.
