They found a woman deceased matching the clothing description of Elena. They said this is an active death investigation being conducted by SLED so LCPD didn’t not comment on the possibility of foul play. RIP

They just held a press conference here on a local station. LPD reported a deceased body matching her clothing description has been found. Coroner is still working to ID the body. SLED is taking over the death investigation. Not the update anybody wanted.

i watched the police conference, they said they found a body that matches the description of what she was last wearing and are waiting on the coroner to identify the body
