@everydayem96: Took my first dose of ADHD medication today and nobody warned me that ab circuits + nausea would feel like I was starring in my own horror movie. 😅 Thought I was about to have the workout of my life… instead I spent half of it trying not to throw up. 10/10 character-building experience.
