@zacksfever: She cut the salt completely. No maggi in the stew, nothing at the table, kept telling me the food tasted like paper. And her pressure came down maybe two points. That is the part that gets people, because she had already done the hard thing. So this one is me walking through what actually tends to move the numbers. Her weight first. The potassium most of us are barely getting from how we eat. What the sugar is doing across the whole day, not only the fasting reading. The soft drinks, the fructose sitting in things you would not suspect. Salt is in there too, I am not telling anybody to go back to drowning their food. But if salt has been the only thing you are touching and the pressure will not move, this is probably why. Four minutes. Watch it slowly.
