Great progress, but honestly I would recommend reversing your routine and do everything backwards so the stair master is last since it’s like a source of cardio. It’s better to do cardio last so you’ll have energy in the beginning of your workout.

If you can I’d suggest attempting some kind of RDL wether b stance, single leg, or regular as they give you a full ROM for the entire glute!
