I always double check my to-go order before I leave any restaurant. Taco Bell messed up so often, I will only order and pick up from inside. The last time I placed an order on the app and they had it taped shut. I tore open the tape and there was a collective gasp from the employees. A guy ran up with tape and said "You can't open that!" I said "Why not? It's my food. I don't need it tapped back." The guy was relieved and said "I thought it was a DoorDash order." Sure enough. I was missing a chalupa. 🤦♀️

I DoorDashed a 2 piece chicken dinner from a pizza place near me and received a bucket of chicken, potatoes, biscuits, and a large order of cheesy breadsticks. I contacted my dasher to see if they gave me someone else’s order, didn’t get a response, and waited about 30 minutes to start eating just in case. Never got a call or text, so I had lunch for the next week

We got a call at 11:25 one day saying the Togo food they picked up today at noon was wrong. My manager was like well it's not noon yet so that didn't happen. They called from an out of state number and didn't have a receipt number or anything.

one time, I ordered 6 chicken sandwiches from Popeyes, two with no mayo. they gave me THIRTEEN (13) all with mayo. I went home, did my best to scrape the mayo off and didn't show my face to that Popeyes for like five months.

I had an awful experience (after a shitty day at work) at McDonald’s, due to a few reasons, and yet I didn’t take it out on anyone.. and somehow left with my order PLUS 26 chicken nuggets.. let’s just say I was a happy chubby chic on my way home 😂

The place I work at requires the costumer to call ahead, and bring the receipt with them. And even them, 2 weeks ago is way to long ago to be trusted.
