nah don't ask for work. That WILL annoy people eventually. Just find things to do, things that people don't like doing and find annoying. Do that and then just tell people that you did it. It could be creating a spreadsheet that organizes things, or lists the locations of things around the office that people need or some shit like that. Create helpful things for people and do the chores they don't want to do.
