Estaría interesante que intentará la versión mexicana (no es la única ni la original) me refiero a solo usar una olla de barro, cáscaras de piña, algo de pulpa especialmente los corazones, piloncillo, canela y algunas pimientas gordas, solo taparlo con un palo limpio y mantenerlo en un lugar fresco y removerlo una vez al día.
