I will brew the tea then soak paper towels in it and put them in the freezer. It has always worked great for my sunburns. Or if I have a larger sunburn I will brew the tea on the stove, throw out the teabags and then dump the tea water in the bath so it's diluted. I love this trick.

My grandma used to put a little vinegar in a bowl of water and soak wash rags in it and put that on us, she said it draws out the heat

I have always saved my green tea bags in the summer and keep them in the fridge and I put it directly on the burn. ahhh
