Real engineers don’t place the screws. Just put the tapped hole and counterbore thru hole in the bag.

It is a great feature however, when you go into assembly and you create the BOM, it only gives a description not a part number. The workaround is I modified the library to McMaster part numbers and that worked out well. It would be great if Solid works built-in known part numbers from vendor libraries.

is it not easier to do it directly from the toolkit add in, choosing the one you need and going over the hole with your mouse it will choose the correct size for your hole and then you can simply click on any other hole that needs the same screw, in any axis and surface
