How I Made It: 1️⃣ Add the chicken, peppers, and onion to the air fryer basket. 2️⃣ Sprinkle over the salt, garlic powder, ginger powder, chilli flakes, smoked paprika, and fajita seasoning. 3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and toss until everything is evenly coated. 4️⃣ Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, giving it a shake halfway through. 5️⃣ Serve in tortillas with your favourite sauce or dressing and finish with a little parsley.
