If you go in September or towards the end of the year when there are storms in the Caribbean, the wind dies WAY down. If there’s a hurricane they get sucked out and become non-existent.

It depends where you get your bottles I payed $75 for don at the airport and I stopped at a little store and and got the same don for $56
