And when you have cords plugged in, it puts less stress and weight on the outlets with it being closer to the ground because you don’t have all the weight of cords pulling down on it

Honestly, if you think about it outlets in the baseboards are better because if you think of pushing up a table or a dresser up against the wall, there is going to be room at the bottom underneath the table or the nightstand or the dresser that you can easily plug items into and not have a 2 inch gap from your wall to your dresser because of that plug sticking out of the wall

Baseboard outlets were the first place electrical outlets were installed. People are so damn dumb. Baseboard outlets all the way. If your house floods, it’s all getting replaced anyway. People with insurance don’t worry about that. Lol.

I love my outlets in my baseboards not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it’s so much nicer when you plug lamps from your buffet or your end table, you don’t have a cord hanging on the wall

Never saw this, but love love the idea. And what is the difference between having it on your baseboard or actually in the floor itself which a lot of new homes are being built with electrical outlets actually in the floor
