As a coach and nutritionist, I believe she did this naturally. This isn’t hard to do when you know how to cut accurately and be disciples. I teach it and she’s literally in the space. Just because many women have no discipline and no direction does not make it impossible

No cuz sis, they’re acting like you went from a size 20 to 4😭 u just got more leaner and defined… if I lock in consistently with my nutrition and sleep, I can transform by September. I easily lose 5 pounds a week just eating less carb and more protein and fiber/veggies
