Completely agree, it was one of my first max weapons. However, high dissipation reduces the scythe’s heat cooldown time. High capacity is what gives it longer firing time.

Maybe a hot take, but I go high capacity over high dissipation. I prefer to hold it down longer rather than cool down faster.
