I dunno. I looked at all of your videos and it is hard to see a difference. But your hairs still kinda wet here. Toner is color. The sweater they should pay for. babe… toner is a demi color. your hair was brown before, looking at your previous videos. also he probably had to work on someone else because he offered to remove it which overlapped your appointment onto another’s. your hair looks great, this could’ve been a text to the stylist.

1- toner is color. 2- he probably used a Malibu treatment to remove the color which is very very safe and not at all damaging. 3- I know for a fact that’s what he did because I can still see the dimension in your highlights and your cool natural color on top; if he truly used permanent color and then a heavy remover, you wouldn’t have either of those things left. 4- he had to start on his next client because he wasn’t expecting you to want it removed right after he did it, so he didn’t book you enough time and did everything he could in his control. 5- this is why I stopped doing hair color

toner is demi permanent color. its still a developer, however is a low enough developer that it doesnt lift your natural, sp deposite only. ashy color absorbs light. warm colors reflect light. so an ashy 8 and a warm 8 will look very different, both still an 8. This career is becoming exhausting.
