I carry a dog leash & treats in my car. I don't have a dog. I carry a life vac & snacks in my car. I don't have kids. I carry Starbucks gift cards, extra socks & blankets in my car... you get the idea. I'm observant and ready for anything. Some of the most powerful experiences of my life have come from it & inspired the Mary Poppins bag worth of stuff I carry in my car now 🙂💕

The date stamped on the bottle is almost always a "Best By" or "Use By" date, indicating peak quality rather than a strict safety deadline, so it was more than likely just fine. 🥰🥰

That apple juice was still good. It wasn’t open yet so I’m sure it was fine. Thank God you had it on you and was able to save this lady’s life.

if it was the kind of juice that says "refrigerate after opening" then it was absolutely a ok. Might not have tasted as good, but perfectly safe. signed, Food Scientist.

My son says it’s the bystander effect. Like you said , most people are in their own world and don’t pay attention to others, or don’t step up to help.
