DONT leave shampoo to sit in your hair unless you want to dry out your hair and scalp. (You should shampoo at least 3 times too.). Only shampoo your scalp and never the ends, I promise your ends will still be getting cleaned as you rinse the shampoo from your scalp. Conditioner is what you want to leave to sit while you do other things, like wash your face, clean your body etc. and never put conditioner near your scalp, leave it down not up while it sits. my credentials 👇🏻💛

Do not leave shampoo on the hair. It’ll dry out your hair. Wash hair 2-3 times. Do not leave face wash on your face. Face wash after conditioning. Do not spray perfumes on the brush, contains alcohol and can dry out your hair. Especially if it’s bleached or color treated.

Esthetician here. I don’t recommend Cerave to any client. But lock the body lotion/body oil in with a body butter, that’s the only thing I’d add to the routine. But otherwise 10/10!

as a cosmetologist do not leave shampoo on your hair/scalp it was not designed for this and it will dry your hair and scalp out and do not leave cleanserr on your face unless specified. it will also dry your skin out. wet hair thourouggly, apply shampoo to SCALP and lather, if it doesnt lather properly shampoo again theres build up. shampoo is not meant for your ends. wring out and apply conditioner OFF scalp from the midst to ends and clip up. let the conditioner sit while you wash your face/body and whatever else you need to do and rinse at the end. so over the misinformation hope this helps

Here's this but with a few corrections. Put shampoo on your scalp only, scratch it LIGHTLY to get dead skin and IMMEDIATELY rinse it out the same way. Then shampoo again. Then put on your conditioner, put it up, wash your face and body, ZERO obligation to shave, and then take your hair down and rinse.
